Over the last fifteen years, Young the Giant has steadily evolved through various musical eras of their own band history over a total of six albums to become one of the most consistent and influential rock bands of the 21st century.

Now certified multi-platinum, the band celebrated worldwide success after the breakthrough debut album "Young the Giant" including the hit single "Cough Syrup" in 2010. This was followed by global hits such as "Mind Over Matter" and "Mind Over Matter (Reprise)", as well as other fan favorites including "Superposition", "Silvertongue" and "My Body", which established themselves as firm highlights of the setlist. In addition to tours supporting Incubus, Cage The Elephant and Lumineers, Young the Giant played their own international headline tours and continuously expanded their position as a modern rock band.

With their new album "Victory Garden" in their luggage, the group will be coming to Berlin's Kesselhaus on October 19 on their Victory Garden Tour, presenting the versatile sound of their hits as well as brand new tracks.

Young the Giant formed in 2010 in Irvine, California, out of a former band and released their debut album "Young the Giant" that same year via Roadrunner Records. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number 42 and really kick-started their career. After signing with Fueled by Ramen, the second album "Mind Over Matter" followed in 2014, which entered the Billboard charts at number 7 and confirmed the initial hype surrounding Young the Giant worldwide. The band continued their musical development with the versatile long-player "Home of the Strange" (2016), the playful indie rock record "Mirror Master" (2018) and the album "American Bollywood" (2022), which is more in the alternative rock genre. The new LP "Victory Garden", which was released on Fearless Records, finally followed on May 1, 2026. With their sixth work, Young the Giant continued to create music as a band structure in one room.

It was recorded during songwriting camps in Idyllwild and Joshua Tree National Park before Brandan O'Brien (Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden) produced it at Henson Studios and brought the songs together with the band to create a cohesive album experience that inspires and delights in equal measure. While "Victory Garden" is characterized lyrically by radical empathy and shows the band's songwriting at its most immediate and heartfelt, musically the album reflects the shared experiences of the individual band members at the height of their intuition. The result is a work that opens a new phase of creativity and presents Young the Giant as a confident, mature band with a clear voice of their own.
